Bresc is a leading producer of chilled garlic and herb purees for professional users. The typical fresh taste and characteristics of the plants are retained in our purees because of the direct work from harvest. By the unique process of Bresc the purees have a long shelf life and can be easily applied in chilled condition. This means that chefs will save a lot of time in preparing the herbs, which they can spend in creating new culinary dishes. The purees are sold through groceries to restaurant chefs, through retailers to consumers and directly to food manufacturers. For each market there are specific concepts available (see 'products').
